The Workshop on Self-Rescue with Minimal Resources This is an intensive two-day rock climbing course designed for climbers seeking self-reliance and safety in vertical environments, whether on sport, traditional, or ice routes. Our goal is to provide you with practical and effective tools for handling real-life emergencies using only the essential gear you should always carry with you.During the workshop, you will learn to master basic knots (Machard, Prusik, Mule, Dynamic, Dufour, Valdostano, Heart), set up safe belays with mobile gear, belay one or two partners, rappel in tandem and counterweight, ascend a fixed rope, manage knot passage during rappels and at belay stations, and use pulleys for hauling loads. All under the guidance of expert local instructors, with a practical and personalized approach.
This course is designed for climbers who have mastered sport climbing techniques—regardless of their skill level—and want to be prepared for any unexpected situation on the mountain. We also offer the option to pay in installments so that nothing stands in the way of investing in your safety and that of your climbing partner.
